Shutter Bliss Photography is just us, Roger and I (Ciara), a married couple who love life, each other, our dog and our cameras (maybe not in that order).

We’re often asked what it’s like to live and work together, for us it just works. We know each others strengths and weaknesses and complement each other perfectly. We even walk the dog together (although I do wimp out in the rain). We’re not stuck together at the hip, while Roger goes to football, I catch up on trash TV.

We  adopted our dog, Buddy. He is a sproodle (a springer spaniel crossed with a toy poodle). His parents have quite impressive pedigrees but to us, he’s just our baby. He is a little ray of sunshine. When you come over, he will think you are there for him, and want to play, but he does settle down at our feet while we chat.

We believe in capturing your memories while not fleecing your wallet. It is important to us that we deliver quality images that you will be proud of for years to come. We love that we get to see people on their best days, it makes us fall in love with you a little bit and more in love with each other. We’re passionate about always striving to produce our best work, and we can sometimes get a little competitive with each other over who shot the best image.

We understand that your wedding day is about you. Like you, we want you to feel relaxed, and enjoy your day as that is how we get our best shots. Rather than an obtrusive stranger ordering you about, we will feel like old friends who happen to be recording your day with state-of-the-art equipment. We want to tell your love story.
